CAROLINE CADY
Originally from Rock Island, Illinois, Caroline Cady began her training at the age of three with Ballet Quad Cities School of Dance. Throughout high school, Caroline served as a trainee for their professional company, Ballet Quad Cities. In 2024, Caroline graduated summa cum laude from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in dance and a Bachelor of Science in psychology. Throughout her time at Loyola, Caroline trained under the instruction of Raúl Casasola and Sarah Cullen Fuller, former dancers with Joffrey Ballet and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago respectively. Additionally, Caroline received extensive training in Graham technique from Graham masters Deborah Goodman and Sandra Kaufmann at Loyola University as well as the Graham School Summer Intensive. Through her involvement in Loyola's dance program, Caroline studied and performed with several companies across the globe including Mandala Dance Company, Peter Stathas Dance, and DanceWorks Chicago. Caroline has received much recognition for her artistic, academic, and choreographic prowess with her most recent work being selected for the 2024 American College Dance Association East-Central Conference gala performance. Caroline is thrilled for her first season with Ballet Hartford as a trainee!
