ALEXANDRA AIUDI
Born and raised in Barkhamsted CT, Alexandra started dancing at the age of three at The Nutmeg Conservatory where she danced for thirteen years. When she was thirteen Alexandra moved up to Nutmeg's pre-professional division where she was trained by many teachers including Victoria Mazzarelli, TimMelady, and Kate Sutter. She has performed corps de ballet and solo roles in The Nutcracker, and in excerpts from many ballets including, Swan Lake, Giselle, Paquita, and Carmen. Alexandra enjoys, and has performed many other styles of dance including modern, contemporary, hip-hop, and jazz. In 2019 Alexandra attended Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet's summer intensive and decided to stay for their year round program where she had the opportunity to be trained by Darla Hoover, Alicia Good-Boresow, Simon Ball and Andrea Long-Naidu. While there, she also had the privilege of participating in George Balanchine's Nutcracker. Alexandra is very grateful and looking forward to her first season with Ballet Hartford as a trainee!
